Flower Discoveries: Selecting a Location for a Floral Pop-Up
Flower trucks are all the rage these days! While they may seem like a fun venture, they are a lot of work. You must think through how to run the business, how many flowers to buy, maintenance for your mobile store, where to set up shop, and more!
Today, you’ll hear from Meagan (who has her own flower truck, The Mobile Meadow) on what to take into account when choosing a location for a pop-up. Where you decide to sell your flowers can be hit-or-miss. It all depends on knowing who your target market is—and when and where they’re wanting to buy flowers!
Special Guest: Andrea Johnson
Andrea is a self-proclaimed “geek” when it comes to business organization. She is #goals. She’s put a lot of thought and effort into making her business as efficient as possible, and she’s sharing her three pillars of organization. It may sound like a lot, but these concepts, when they work together, will help you wrap your mind around how to systemize your business.
It has been quite a journey for Andrea over the past couple of years. In her vulnerability about the pause she’s taking on her business, she’s also giving some insight and pointers into what it might look like for others to pause their business too. Trust your gut. Have a realistic plan of what you hope to achieve in your “pause.”
