Guest Interview: Meagan Cooley of the Team Flower Staff
Our very own Meagan Cooley is the special guest on this episode! Meagan is not only the Marketing and Conference Coordinator for Team Flower, she also has her own floral design business on the side. She’s sharing about the shift she made from small-town Kentucky to NYC. You’ll hear which soft skills are necessary to being a florist—things like adaptability, quick decision-making, and the ability to separate your design from your work. Meagan is giving a few practical ways to practice adaptability as well as tips for packing flowers and transporting them in a big city. She’s also talking about how she hopes to see more peace in the floral industry, as well as in her own life, in the future. Tune in to hear Meagan’s suggestion on how we can become more connected with our local floral communities.
