With a lifelong passion for plants, Naomi Slade has taken a love for flowers and turned it into a career. After studying biology at university, she got a job with a gardening magazine organizing flower shows and events, and she is now a journalist, designer, consultant, and presenter specializing in horticulture and lifestyle.
Naomi has won awards for her show gardens and installations and written books—and, most recently, her book Dahlias was shortlisted in the prestigious Garden Media Guild Awards. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and inspiring people to get out there and start growing and enjoying plants, encouraging others to engage with the natural world and to understand the importance and beauty of nature.
