Lou Gagnon, Principal Partner at LynnVale Studios llc, has over twenty years of professional experience bridging the gap between concept and implementation. He has a Professional degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech, has practiced and received regional, national and international awards for architecture, urban planning, entertainment design and fine art. In addition to the professional workshops, presentations and consulting he is a part of, Lou is a working artist and art instructor to local children. 

Andrea Gagnon combines her professional design education and experience with her expertise in floriculture to grow premium flowers and design unique arrangements that range from formal to fantastic. A leader in th eAmerican Grown Flowers movement, Andrea currently serves as the District 6 board member for American Grown Flowers. She has also served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director and Treasurer of the Association of Specialty Cut Flowers and has lectured on local cut flowers in various settings.
