Video: Blush Bridal Bouquet
In this video, you’ll learn how to create a blush bridal bouquet using a variation of the spiral technique. This is a pretty basic and simple foundational design to have in your toolbox, and it can easily be built upon to create a more complex bouquet.
Traditionally with the spiral floral arrangement technique, you would layer each stem over one another at a 45 degree angle over and over again. However, today, I’m going to implement a slight variation by beginning with a hydrangea to create an instant source of stability for the stems.

Key Points When Creating a Spiraled Bouquet Floral Arrangement
There are so many types of techniques you can use to accomplish various outcomes. This particular one may not be the technique you need, but it is a great way to create a tailored, round bouquet.
Adding a bit of stock (or other bulky bloom) around the base of the bouquet is a great way to cover the rest of the hydrangea and pull color throughout the arrangement.
Using dried flowers or grasses in your arrangement can make a sweet keepsake for your clients in addition to adding another layer of texture and interest to your design.
