By working through the purpose of each element of design, I’ll build a small but visually impactful compote-style arrangement.

A small flower arrangement such as this one can be used on a round table with votives or in combination with other sized pieces.

Creating smaller flower arrangements is a skill that’s a must-have for your event design toolbox!

  • Create height and width in a smaller arrangement using ingredients that branch out and establish shape

  • Be intentional with your focal flowers, creating movement and rest 

  • Layer different foliages (or collar focal flowers with contrasting foliage) to create a greater impact
